Drink Check™ is a personal beverage-screening tool designed to help identify the possible presence of selected substances in a beverage.

 

To use your Drink Check™ card:

1. Apply one small drop of your drink to each test spot.

2. Gently smear each spot. Use only one drink per card.

3. Wait 10 seconds.

4. Compare the color changes to the UNSAFE/CLEAR Guide printed on the card.

 

DO NOT DRINK IF:

• GHB test spot turns BLUE

• FYL, KET, COC, METH, MDMA, DPH, DXM, SCOP or BZO (Rohypnol) test spot turns ORANGE-RED

 

Most importantly:

DO NOT DRINK if you believe your drink has been tampered with or you suspect you have been drugged, regardless of the test result or color change.

 

Important Limitations

 

Drink Check™ is intended for personal screening and informational use only. It is not intended for forensic or laboratory diagnosis.

 

Make sure the test spots are completely dry before use. Blue, red, purple, or other dark-colored beverages may interfere with the test and produce inaccurate results. Do not use with milk, dairy products, cream, or oily beverages.

 

A positive result is presumptive and should not be used as the sole basis for determining the presence of a drug. Confirmatory laboratory testing is recommended.

 

A NEGATIVE or CLEAR result does not guarantee that a beverage is safe or free from all drugs, contaminants, or other harmful substances.

 

If you suspect that your drink has been tampered with, do not consume it. Isolate the beverage as potential evidence and notify a trusted person, event staff, and/or law enforcement.

 

DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON THIS TEST WHEN MAKING DECISIONS ABOUT BEVERAGE SAFETY.
